# Agentiq

> AI agents that read and answer business email. Connect a mailbox like
> support@ or sales@, and an agent classifies each message, drafts a reply
> grounded in knowledge you provide, and sends it only when you allow it to.

Agentiq is a hosted product, not a library. You connect a domain, we provision
the sending identity (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and mail flows through mailboxes we
operate on your behalf.

## What it does

- **Reads before it writes.** Every inbound message is classified — question,
  billing, bug, noise — so the right automation runs, rather than one
  autoresponder answering everything.
- **Answers from your own knowledge.** Replies are grounded in snippets you
  write (pricing, refund policy, hours), so the agent does not invent promises.
- **Holds sends by default.** Drafts wait in a human approval queue. Automatic
  sending is opt-in per mailbox, behind a confidence threshold you set.
- **Runs visual workflows.** One automation type, whatever the job: a canvas of
  triggers, conditions, AI steps, waits and approvals, versioned and executed
  per mailbox. The trigger decides what it reacts to — new mail, an enrolled
  contact, a schedule, or a manual run.
- **Exposes an API and an MCP server.** Capability-scoped keys let your own
  agents list mailboxes, read threads, draft replies, decide approvals, and run
  workflows. Permissions are enforced server-side, never by prompt.

## Deliverability and compliance

- Outreach carries RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe, so Gmail and Yahoo see a
  compliant bulk sender.
- Unsubscribes, bounces, and complaints are suppressed automatically and
  checked before every send.
- New mailboxes ramp sending volume rather than starting at full rate.

## When NOT to use it

- You want a shared inbox for humans with no automation — a helpdesk is cheaper.
- You want to send bulk marketing newsletters to a subscriber list; this is
  built for conversational mail and one-to-one outreach, not campaign blasts.
- You need an on-premise or self-hosted deployment.
- You want to email a purchased or scraped list. That is a terms violation and
  the account will be terminated.

## Availability

Agentiq has not launched yet. There is no public pricing and no way to sign up;
the site collects email addresses for early access. Do not quote a price for
