Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Agentiq. By creating a workspace you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are able to bind it.

The service

Agentiq connects to mailboxes you control, reads the mail they receive, and drafts or sends replies according to the automation you configure. You decide what sends automatically and what waits for a human. We provide the service as described on this site and in the dashboard.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your workspace, including what your team does.
• API and agent keys carry the permissions you grant them. Treat them as credentials — anyone holding one can do what it allows.
• You must own, or be authorised to use, every domain and mailbox you connect. Connecting a domain you do not control is grounds for immediate termination.

Acceptable use

Deliverability is shared. One account sending mail people report as spam damages the sending reputation every other customer depends on, so these rules are enforced, not decorative.

You may not use Agentiq to:

• Send to addresses obtained without a lawful basis — scraped lists, purchased lists.
• Send to anyone who has unsubscribed, bounced, or complained. Suppression is applied automatically and you must not work around it.
• Send content that is misleading about who sent it or why.
• Send phishing, malware, or anything designed to deceive a recipient into disclosing credentials or making a payment.
• Send unlawful, harassing, or infringing material.
• Circumvent the sending limits, warmup ramp, or approval gates, or run automation intended to obscure sending volume.

Cold outreach is allowed where the law permits it, provided it identifies you honestly and offers a working opt-out. We apply a one-click unsubscribe to outreach automatically; removing or defeating it is a breach of these terms.

Limits and enforcement

Plans carry sending quotas, and new mailboxes ramp up over time rather than sending at full volume on day one — this protects your domain as much as our platform. We may pause a mailbox, suspend sending, or terminate a workspace where we see abuse, a bounce or complaint rate that threatens the platform, or a breach of these terms. Where the situation allows it we will warn you first.

AI output

Drafts are generated by language models and can be wrong. Grounding them in your own knowledge reduces that risk but does not remove it. You are responsible for what leaves your mailbox — if you enable automatic sending, you accept that mail goes out without a human reading it first. Do not use Agentiq unreviewed for advice that must be correct as a matter of law, medicine, or finance.

Your content

Your email, contacts, and knowledge remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store, process, and transmit that content on your instructions. We claim no other rights, and we do not train models on it.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose, through our payment provider.
• Usage past your plan's quota is either blocked or metered, depending on whether you have enabled overages.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
• If a subscription lapses, the workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted. Your data stays until you delete it or retention removes it.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it on any plan without a written service level agreement. Maintenance, provider outages, and events outside our control will sometimes interrupt the service.

Termination

You may close your workspace at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate for a material breach of these terms. On termination we stop processing and delete your data within a reasonable period, except records we are required to keep and the suppression lists described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as-is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to workspace owners by email before they take effect, and the date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use Agentiq after that means you accept the change.
